How to Bid

Live Auction Bidding

Participate in real-time during our scheduled auctions. Register in advance to receive your bidding number.

Absentee Bidding

Submit your maximum bid before the auction. We'll bid on your behalf up to your specified amount. All absentee bids must be submitted before the auction commencement.

Phone Bidding

Arrange to bid by phone during the auction. Contact us in advance to register for this service. All phone bids must be arranged before the auction commencement.

Payment Methods

• • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) - 1.5% surcharge plus GST
• • Direct Debit (EFTPOS)
• • Wire Transfer
• • Cheque (by prior arrangement - minimum 1 week for new buyers)

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full within 3 days following the auction. Part payment is not acceptable.

Collection

Goods may be collected after payment and upon presentation of your receipt. Collection times are Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm. Collection appointments must be arranged in advance.

Shipping

All shipping and delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
